Have been wondering if I should start another blog but have it more geared towards adults or the adult industry. We are all about the money right?  seems that everyone who does have something that is related to the adult industry seems to be making some money. I want a piece of that as well. It is true though, sex sells.  And I think that Americans need to open up more about this. Don't act like you don't want to push things a bit.  Anyway...I'm still on the fence on this so if I do I will everyone know.

Well I have used my Big Green Egg to cook some ribs recently and they turned out absolutely delicious! I'm sure they would have actually if I kept an eye on them. I burned the crap out of them. Trying to cook them with in an hour following a recipe I found in one of my grill cook books. What I should have done was read everything and not just pick and choose. I burned the hell out of those things and it was all my fault. Guess I will have to keep grilling so I can learn how to use my BGE better and not burn stuff.  I will keep you posted as things turn up.

Today is Memorial Day. I unfortunately have to work today, but the family and I were able to enjoy some time together with some hamburgers and hotdogs yesterday.  It was a last minute push, but it all worked out.

We all know that today is Memorial Day and what the meaning is. What I question are the rest of the people that just celebrate it because it is a day off from work.  Do those people that never have served in the military do they look at today for its true meaning or do they just use it as an excuse to get off work? To me, its close to the "Support the Troops" slogan you always here. People say they support the troops, but in what ways do they actually support the troops.  Supporting the troops isn't protesting to bring the troops home, doing that only degrades morale while troops are deployed, basically boosting morale for the enemy...but these actions are done because people "support the troops".

Just a little something to think about during this holiday.

I don't know what is going on, but I'm actually starting to see people visit my page. Wish I knew who they were, but oh well.

You know, I had off  from work yesterday and my family and I were able to visit a local theme park for some fun. It was cold. We (my daughter and I) rode two rides, grabbed lunch, and went home.  Even though it was really chilly, my son still wanted ice cream... I thought it would be too cold for ice cream...anyway.  

All in all it was a good day even though we were gone for only 2 hours.  At least the kids want to go back, we bought season tickets so hopefully we will get our money's  worth.

FWIW or as some like to say FYSA (love that and you know who you are), the national debt was at 5,674,178,209,886.86 the first year Bush took office. It was 9,007,653,372,262.48 Sep 2007 before Obama took office and this span covers both of Bush's terms (Sep 2000 - Sep 2007). 

Obama's first year the national debt was at 10,024,724,896,912.49, It is now 15,908,946,728,350.  People say that Bush was a horrible president...looking at the numbers Obama's Administration has done about the same amount of damage in 3.5 years than Bush did in 8 years in office. And Bush is worst president ever????? Hmmm...In regards to the numbers...I don't think that would be an accurate statement.

This is also the same administration that had energy prices double. Yes when gas prices went up during the Bush years people blamed him.  Now Obama is stating that the president isn't the one to blame for high gas prices. Oh...now it's convienent.

 

Just a thought.

Mr. President, we understand that the SCOTUS is not elected, but who gives you the right to "threaten" the SCOTUS if they don't do your bidding? Have you heard of checks and balances?  They are there to make sure that your office, or the Legislative office doesn't pass anything that is un-Constitutional.  That is why they are there, not for your bidding to pass laws that you want.

You know the Obama plan that is going through the SCOTUS at the moment.  I just wanted to say that I think that the health care system needs one hell of an overhaul, but forcing people to participate or pay a fine to me seems un-Constitutional.  Congress keep stating the "Commerce" clause, but I don't think that our founding fathers had that in mind. I'm just saying.

I wanted to let everyone know that I have focusing issues. I have a tendency to start writing or talking about one thing and in the middle of whatever I'm talking about change subject. This is because something I said reminded me about something else that is related or somewhat related to what I'm talking about. I want to apologize for this from the beginning. So please just bear with me on this.

This blog was to have an opportunity to talk about what I like to talk about mainly. I have an opinion for just about everything.  This is everything from politics, guns, current laws, food, grills, autism. I mean anything and everything is up for grabs.

So if any of these topics interest any of you then let me know. I'm willing to talk about anything.

Right now I basically have no idea what I'm doing and hoping that overtime I will get better and have a better format. If you have any suggestions please voice them.
